Basic Ordering Agreement Sample

(i) to place orders under basic order contracts on The Optional Form (OF) 347, on ordering supplies or services, or on any other appropriate contractual instrument; The terms of this BOA, including the conditions set out in the following supplementary documents and possible continuation sheets, constitute the whole agreement between the parties with respect to the purpose of this BOA. In the event of a conflict between the state documents and the seller, priority is given to state documents. 2. Each basic order agreement is reviewed and, if necessary, reviewed annually before the anniversary of its entry into force, in order to meet the requirements of this Regulation. Changing a basic contract has no retroactive effect on previously past contracts. Effective Date: This basic order agreement will come into effect on the date Chemonics signs this contract, as shown below by Chemonics` signature date. c) restrictions.
